These above-ankle sneakers feature eight eyelets, laces, and an interior ankle zip for fastening. Crafted from medium-weight Japanese denim, the material is overdyed and finished with a wax coating and layered black foil. A final wash creates a distressed, cracked effect on the foil, which is intended to evolve with wear and abrasion.:
