This down vest is crafted from a single layer of lightweight stretch fabric, featuring a specialised weaving technique that creates seamless feather compartments directly from the loom. These tunnels enhance feather retention, while the garment is padded via direct injection with premium feathers treated to withstand the garment-dyeing process. Finished with an anti-drop agent, the design includes a two-way zipper, zipped pockets, and a drawcord hem.:
