Alighieri is a collection of jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’. The adventure that Dante finds himself on is often dark and without hope. Terrified at the Gates of Hell, the poet describes the atmosphere as he enters the first circle. His senses are overwhelmed by the sighs and lamentations of the tortured souls surrounding him. These sighs keep the air "forever trembling", making Dante weep, overcome with empathy. The Trembling Sky Ring marks this moment, in its all-encompassing nature. Sculpted in 24kt gold plated bronze, The Trembling Sky ring from Alighieri features a textured open design.
